Sesaco operates a large scale dedicated cleaning facility in the heart of the growing region in Southwest Oklahoma. The facility has 3 processing lines running year round to clean the right seed for the right market. While our core commitment is to secure the USA natural sesame seed market, Sesaco is active in various export markets and is able to leverage the global network of Mitsubishi Corporation to further expand market channels.

With a team of agronomists, quality evaluation and material segregation starts at the farm level. Sesaco works closely with farmers and local service providers to evaluate seed quality throughout the season and segregate for specific markets even prior to harvest.

As a single ingredient operation, the facility was designed to efficiently and effectively remove all impurities from field run sesame seed. Depending on the market, the product passes through a series of cleaners, gravity separators, and optical sorters to separate by size, weight, and color. While efficiency is important, our commitment to food safety is paramount to ensure strict compliance with all regulatory and industry standards. The processing facility is SQF certified.

With a fully integrated supply chain back to the farm, Sesaco is able to offer forward pricing at stable competitive levels. Our function is to match farmer and customer demand.
